So we had our training session on the workings
 of the MotorHome, then filled it up with diesel 
and off I drove. I’ve never driven anything of this 
size before and happy to say, It was so much easier 
than I thought. Just need to remember hard braking 
takes a fraction longer than you expect and not to panic.

Set up in a local camp site, which is excellent, with
clean facilities. Went shopping for the bits and pieces 
we forgot and spotted we were near to Edgehill, 
which is where The Castle Inn, one of our favourite pubs is. 
Called in for a very welcome pint of Hooky. Now stripped 
off as much as decency allows as it’s so 
hot and now relaxing outside our new home.

Looking forward to cooking dinner later, Calamari for
starters, followed by a homemade Curry I brought with us. 

Champagne is chilling in the fridge.
